Personal Data Processing Policy

This Personal Data Processing Policy is drafted in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006 (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Law") and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the security measures implemented by "AGROFIRMA MESHCHOVSKAYA" LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").

2.8. Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable user of the website https://www.agrofirma-m.ru.
2.9. User – any visitor to the website https://www.agrofirma-m.ru.
2.10. Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing data to a specific person or group.
2.11. Dissemination of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing data to an indefinite group (publication, posting online, etc.).
2.12. Cross-border transfer of personal data – transfer to the territory of a foreign state (to its authority, foreign individual, or legal entity).
2.13. Destruction of personal data – any actions resulting in the irreversible destruction of data with no possibility of restoration.
3. Operator's Main Rights and Obligations
3.1. The Operator has the right to:
— Receive reliable information/documents containing personal data from the data subject.
— Continue processing without consent in cases provided by the Personal Data Law, e.g., after a withdrawal of consent if grounds specified in the Law exist.
— Independently determine necessary and sufficient measures to fulfill obligations under the Law, unless otherwise stipulated.
3.2. The Operator is obliged to:
— Provide the data subject with information about the processing of their data upon request.
— Organize processing in accordance with current Russian legislation.
— Respond to inquiries from data subjects and their legal representatives as required by the Law.
— Provide necessary information to the authorized body for the protection of data subjects' rights within 10 days of a request.
— Publish or otherwise ensure unrestricted access to this Policy.
— Implement legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect data from unlawful/accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination, or other unlawful actions.
— Cease transfer and processing, and destroy data in cases stipulated by the Law.
— Fulfill other obligations stipulated by the Personal Data Law.
4. Main Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects
4.1. Data subjects have the right to:
— Receive information about the processing of their personal data, except in cases stipulated by federal laws.
— Demand clarification, blocking, or destruction of their data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or unnecessary for the stated processing purpose.
— Impose a condition of prior consent for processing for marketing purposes.
— Withdraw consent to processing and demand cessation of processing.
— Appeal unlawful actions/inaction of the Operator to the authorized supervisory body or in court.
— Exercise other rights provided by Russian law.
4.2. Data subjects are obliged to:
— Provide the Operator with accurate information about themselves.
— Notify the Operator of updates/changes to their personal data.
4.3. Persons who provide false information about themselves or about another data subject without their consent bear responsibility under Russian law.

Processing is carried out on a lawful and fair basis, limited to achieving specific, predefined, and legitimate purposes. It must be adequate, relevant, and not excessive in relation to those purposes. Data accuracy is ensured, and storage is limited to the period necessary for the processing purposes.

Processing Purpose: Providing the User with access to services, information, and/or materials contained on the website.
Personal Data Processed: Last name, first name, patronymic; email address; phone numbers.
Legal Basis: The Operator's statutory (foundation) documents.
Types of Processing: Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, destruction, depersonalization; Sending informational emails.
7. Conditions for Personal Data Processing
Processing is carried out with the consent of the data subject, or when necessary for: fulfilling obligations under a contract; compliance with Russian laws or international treaties; administration of justice; protection of the Operator's legitimate interests or achieving socially significant goals (provided the rights of the data subject are not violated); or for processing publicly available data.
8. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Processing
The Operator ensures data security by implementing necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures. Personal data is not transferred to third parties except as required by law or with the data subject's consent for contractual performance.
The data subject can update their data or withdraw consent by emailing osinopupova@agrofirma-m.ru with the subject line "Update personal data" or "Withdrawal of consent for personal data processing."
Processing ceases upon achieving its purposes, expiration/withdrawal of consent, a valid cessation request, or detection of unlawful processing.
9. List of Actions Performed by the Operator
The Operator performs collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data, including automated processing.
10. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
Before commencing cross-border transfer, the Operator is obliged to notify the authorized supervisory body. The Operator must also obtain relevant information from the foreign entities receiving the data.
11. Confidentiality of Personal Data
The Operator and other persons who have gained access to personal data are obliged not to disclose or disseminate it to third parties without the data subject's consent, unless otherwise provided by federal law.
12. Final Provisions
12.1. The User can obtain any clarification on issues concerning the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator via email at osinopupova@agrofirma-m.ru.
12.2. This document will reflect any changes to the Operator's Policy. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
